MIKE IHNAT
ARTIST IN RESIDENCE: AUSTIN, TX
Mike is a founding partner at Tilted Chair Creative, an advertising agency that just turned 6. That's his day job. When he's not working in advertising, Mike has a passion for performing. Somewhere in 2005, Mike met his friend, Chafic Saad, and decided to take their high school marching band drumming skills to the stage.
They didn't have a song, and they didn't have a plan, but with sticks in hand they drummed. The crowds loved it. They called it DrumJam, and Mike has been on and off the stage ever since. Sure, he has a day job in advertising, but it was his desire for the stage that led him to one of the most entertaining jobs in the professional world.
